Rizhao Stomatological Hospital, established in 2016, is led by a team of physicians with master's and doctoral degrees. It serves as a core unit of the Shandong Provincial Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, a member of the Shandong Provincial Dental Hospital Medical Alliance, a teaching hospital of Jining Medical College, and the Rizhao City Oral Clinical Medical Research Center.
The hospital has more than ten clinical specialties, with 90% of its doctors holding intermediate or senior professional titles. Approximately 70% of the physicians hold doctoral or master's degrees. Dr. Li Yantao, the Executive Director of the hospital, was recognized as the leader in oral medicine for Rizhao in 2021. The hospital has appointed Professor Sun Zheng, the former president of Beijing Stomatological Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University, as the honorary president. Additionally, Professors Liang Liming and Liu Rongsen were recruited from the Beijing 301 Hospital to serve as attending physicians.
