Outpatient Consultation Process

  • Step 1: Appointment

    Our hospital provides two appointment options: you can complete a self-service appointment through our WeChat service account or contact customer service to schedule an appointment.

  • Step 2: On-Site Registration

    Go to the outpatient triage desk on the west side of the second floor of the Outpatient Building.

  • Step 3: Consultation

    Proceed to the outpatient area on the west side of the second floor of the Outpatient Building for your consultation.

  • Friendly Reminders

    ① If you have any questions upon arrival, please visit the customer service and guidance desk at the front desk on the first floor of the Outpatient Building.

    ② If blood tests, ultrasound, or imaging tests are required, please pay at the Settlement Center on the first floor of the Outpatient Building before proceeding to the relevant department for testing.

    ③ If you need to pick up prescribed medications, please pay and collect them from the pharmacy on the east side of the first floor of the Outpatient Building.
