2. Real-Name Registration:
Our hospital requires real-name registration for all visits. First-time patients need to open a medical record at the Settlement Center on the first floor with personal identification.
3. Registration Procedure:
Please bring your ID card, electronic medical insurance code, and our hospital’s patient card to the relevant department for registration and triage. Wait in the waiting area for your consultation. Nurses will call patients based on the registration order. Please remain quiet and avoid loud conversations.
4. Privacy Protection:
Our hospital follows the "One Doctor, One Patient, One Consultation Room" policy to protect patient privacy. Patients with mobility difficulties may be accompanied by one family member. Please do not enter the consultation room during medical examinations to avoid interruptions.
5. Preparation for Consultation:
Before your consultation, prepare your medical examination documents and list any medications you are taking. Accurately describe your condition and medical history to help the doctor make an informed judgment. For any tests completed within one consultation unit, patients can present their results to the attending doctor for interpretation without additional charges.
6. If You Feel Unwell:
If you feel unwell while waiting, be sure to inform the medical staff immediately to avoid delays in your treatment. In case of critical or emergency patients, we may prioritize their treatment. Your understanding and support are appreciated.
7. Record Keeping:
Please keep your outpatient medical records and patient card safe, and bring them with you for follow-up appointments.
