The Force can reduce radiation doses to as low as 1/10 to 1/20 of a conventional scan. A study from the University of Zurich Medical School confirmed that, with Force, the radiation dose for lung CT scans can be reduced to 0.06mSv—lower than that of a standard chest X-ray—while maintaining 94% diagnostic sensitivity for small pulmonary nodules. The radiation dose for heart scans is also minimal; research from the University of Sydney Medical School in Australia shows an average of just 0.09mSv, equivalent to a chest X-ray dose. This suggests that in the future, cardiovascular screening could be fully managed with Force, transforming clinical workflows.
