The Pharmacy Department integrates functions, operations, teaching, and research, and serves as a pharmaceutical technical service department based on promoting clinical, scientific, and rational drug use. It is responsible for the supply, dispensing, and management of clinical drugs across the hospital and has established clinical trial institutions for drugs and medical devices. The department also provides clinical pharmacy services such as pharmacy rounds and consultations.
The department consists of five divisions: Outpatient Pharmacy, Inpatient Pharmacy, GCP Pharmacy, Dispensing Room, and Drug Warehouse, with clear divisions of labor and close collaboration. There are 13 staff members in total, including 1 deputy chief pharmacist, 5 senior pharmacists, 2 pharmacists, 2 master's degree holders, 7 bachelor's degree holders, and 4 certified clinical pharmacists.
