The Pharmacy Department integrates functions, operations, teaching, and research, and serves as a pharmaceutical technical service department based on promoting clinical, scientific, and rational drug use. It is responsible for the supply, dispensing, and management of clinical drugs across the hospital and has established clinical trial institutions for drugs and medical devices. The department also provides clinical pharmacy services such as pharmacy rounds and consultations.

The department consists of five divisions: Outpatient Pharmacy, Inpatient Pharmacy, GCP Pharmacy, Dispensing Room, and Drug Warehouse, with clear divisions of labor and close collaboration. There are 13 staff members in total, including 1 deputy chief pharmacist, 5 senior pharmacists, 2 pharmacists, 2 master's degree holders, 7 bachelor's degree holders, and 4 certified clinical pharmacists.

From procurement to storage, packaging, distribution, and usage, all drugs are handled under the supervision and guidance of professionals. The department is equipped with well-established facilities and procedures for drug storage, packaging, and dispensing, ensuring that drug quality and quantity meet standards. Regular quality checks and monitoring of drugs are also conducted to ensure patient safety.

The department plays a key role in guiding patients on the rational use of drugs, focusing on safe, effective, rational, and economical drug treatment. Pharmacists provide medication guidance based on doctors' prescriptions, helping patients understand the proper usage, dosage, and precautions of their medications to ensure safe use.

The department conducts pharmacist rounds, personalized medication plans, clinical consultations, prescription reviews, medication consultations, and adverse drug reaction reporting. It standardizes medication guidance to promote rational drug use. It also monitors drug use within the hospital and provides feedback to improve safety.

The Pharmacy Department is patient-centered and regularly offers training to improve service quality. Pharmacists provide personalized medication plans and advice tailored to the patient's condition, helping them better manage their illnesses.

The department has established a clinical trial office and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Pharmacy to enhance research quality, support clinical studies, and ensure drug safety for clinical trial participants.
