Dr. Li specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases in neurology, such as vestibular dizziness disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, central nervous system infections, toxic encephalopathy, and management of acute and critical neurological conditions. He has particular expertise in dizziness and vertigo disorders, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis, Ménière's disease, vestibular migraine, delayed endolymphatic hydrops, cerebral hypoperfusion, vestibular schwannoma, and various unexplained chronic dizziness and balance disorders. He has achieved significant results in the manual repositioning treatment of BPPV (approximately 500 cases per year) and is proficient in operating various vestibular function testing equipment, such as nystagmography, video head impulse test, caloric test, and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMP). Dr. Li has conducted in-depth clinical research on various peripheral and central vestibular dizziness disorders.

He has led and participated in two projects under the Henan Province Medical Science and Technology Research Plan (joint construction) and has published multiple papers in core medical journals.
