Dr. Kong holds a Master's degree and, during his graduate studies, independently completed over 1,000 cases of coronary angiography. He assisted in the treatment of more than 100 cases involving left main lesions, bifurcation lesions, chronic total occlusions, and multi-vessel disease. Dr. Kong is familiar with interventional skills such as IABP (Intra-aortic Balloon Pump), IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound), OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve), coronary atherectomy, and temporary pacing, demonstrating a solid foundation in interventional cardiology.

He specializes in treating common cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, hypertension, arrhythmias, and heart failure. Dr. Kong has published two academic papers in core journals.
