Kong is proficient in cardiopulmonary exercise testing assessment, 6-minute walk test assessment, perioperative assessment techniques for patients with cardiopulmonary diseases, and the formulation of exercise prescriptions. He specializes in perioperative and phase I/II rehabilitation treatment techniques for patients with cardiovascular diseases. He has extensive experience in improving cardiopulmonary function and conditions for patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, post-PCI, post-coronary artery bypass grafting, and post-heart transplantation through exercise rehabilitation. He is also dedicated to promoting cardiopulmonary exercise testing technology and cardiac rehabilitation-related public awareness efforts in the Rizhao area. Kong was honored as a "Rising Star of Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapists" by the China Cardiovascular Health Alliance in 2022.
