With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, Pan Wei'en specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, and heart failure. She is familiar with the prevention and treatment of endocrine diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism, particularly skilled in the rehabilitation of chronic conditions like hypertension and heart failure.

She completed advanced studies in 2002 at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and in 2006 at the Cardiology Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital, where she systematically learned about PCI procedures for coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction, as well as interventional treatments for congenital heart disease and arrhythmias.

From 2005 to 2011 and again in 2013, she participated in multiple studies at the Third Military Medical University and the Fourth Military Medical University, focusing on psychology, aerospace medicine, noise protection, radiation protection, and advancements in hypertension and coronary heart disease, as well as medical appraisal.

Pan Wei'en has undertaken peacekeeping missions abroad twice in 2009 and 2013, receiving the United Nations Peacekeeping Medal and being awarded third-class merit on two occasions. She has published over 30 academic papers in medical journals, including those under the Chinese Medical Association, and has been involved in various research projects, receiving two Third Prizes for Military Scientific and Technological Advancement.
