He Deyong has been engaged in pharmacy management, clinical pharmacy, and adverse drug reaction monitoring for many years, accumulating rich experience in hospital pharmacy. Since starting work on adverse drug reactions (ADRs), he has actively participated in outpatient medication consultations, pharmacy rounds, and case discussions, reporting over 200 ADR cases. He has organized several training sessions on ADR monitoring within the hospital, significantly improving the quantity and quality of ADR reports from the monitoring station.
