Dr. Mou has over 20 years of experience in cardiovascular internal medicine, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring conditions such as coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and hypertension. He is dedicated to public education on cardiovascular disease prevention, emergency care, and awareness.

He possesses extensive experience in managing acute myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmias, severe heart failure, hypertensive crises, and cardiovascular diseases with multiple organ dysfunction, successfully treating critically ill cardiovascular patients from various countries, including the Netherlands, Turkey, and the Philippines.

Dr. Mou has served as chief and co-editor of two published works and has authored three articles in core medical journals.
