With over 20 years of clinical experience in endocrinology, he is known for his high medical ethics, excellent skills, and rich clinical experience. He has conducted in-depth research on diabetes and its complications, obesity, hyperlipidemia, thyroid diseases, and growth and development disorders, receiving multiple awards for successfully rescuing critically ill patients. He is proficient in the use of professional equipment such as insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and hospital-wide blood glucose management systems. He particularly excels in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy, vascular diseases, and diabetic nephropathy.

He has participated in hosting two city-level conferences for the Endocrinology Branch of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Association and has attended over 20 professional meetings, including the Chinese Medical Association Endocrinology Society and the Diabetes Society. In 2010, 2016, and 2018, he completed advanced studies in the Endocrinology Departments of the Guang'anmen Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the First Hospital of Peking University, the Beijing Hospital of the Ministry of Health, and the First People's Hospital of Jining.

He has published 12 national-level papers, served as chief editor or co-author of five books, and holds three national utility model patents. He has received one Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Invention Award and two second-class research achievement awards.
