Dr. Han has over 10 years of experience in orthopedic clinical practice, with extensive expertise in hip, knee, and unicondylar joint replacement surgeries. From 2013 to 2016, he underwent advanced training in the Joint Surgery Department at Xuzhou Central Hospital and the Nanjing Military General Hospital, participating in over 1,000 related surgeries. He trained under Professors Zhang Xuefei and Zhao Jianning, with additional guidance from Professors Yao Jianxiang and Ye Qibin.

Dr. Han has a deep understanding of joint replacement concepts and enhanced recovery techniques. He is one of the early adopters and practitioners of the rapid recovery approach for hip and knee replacements, having successfully assisted over 500 patients in their rehabilitation. His surgical skills and effective recovery strategies have earned him high praise from patients and their families. He is also a member of the first class in Shandong for the stepwise treatment of osteoarthritis and osteotomy for knee preservation.
