Dr. Yue holds a Master's degree in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and graduated from Jinzhou Medical University. He has worked in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University and at the Air Force Hospital of the Northern Theater Command.
