Dr. Gao Tingwen specializes in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring cardiovascular diseases. She has particular expertise in pacemaker therapy for bradyarrhythmias and heart failure, as well as interventional treatment for structural heart diseases and valvular heart diseases. Dr. Gao has received systematic training in advanced pacemaker techniques, such as physiological pacing and leadless pacing, at Zhongshan Hospital, affiliated with Fudan University.

She performed the first CRT-D (Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy with Defibrillator) implantation in Rizhao, the first triple-point left bundle branch area pacing cardiac resynchronization therapy combined with an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (LOT-CRTD) in the province, and the first one-stop surgery for cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) and an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) in Rizhao. She also participated in the first MitraClip procedure in Rizhao.

Dr. Gao has participated in several National Natural Science Foundation projects and has published multiple SCI papers.
